Applying for certification

Simply download and fill in the application form and send it back to us. The costs are:

• Application fee £30 (non-refundable and payable with all applications)
  plus either
• Certification £318 (total £348) or Re-certification* £138 (total £168)

*Re-certification only applies where a full certificate has expired and needs to be renewed or where a previous full certificate had been withdrawn

There are two easy ways to pay:

• Send a cheque made payable to 'Fire Industry Association' by post with your application
• By invoice against a purchase order (FIA  members only)
